I have moved to Peterborough recently and went to have french vanilla, but it turned out to be water vanilla, its not just only... in one Tim Horton's, its all over Peterborough's Tim Horton's. all of their drinks are just water and sugar loaded, it doesn'ttaste good at all. My single order took 20 minutes to make, and was handed to me unbagged (it's always bagged??). Apparently I'm not allowed to ask... for a bag, but the woman who ordered after me and got her food first is, though. My bag was tossed onto the counter infront ofme and I was told that if I wanted one, I should specify when I order. Read more

Just had the most uncomfortable experience. Ordering a double toasted tea biscuit, with a coffee. The "acting team leader" was... snark and bit off the cashier's head for not knowing you cannot double toast a tea biscuit. Then as she was wiping up thecounter the "acting team leader" barrels in saying loud fine, illI make the coffee. While the cashier's face went red, clearlyfrom embarrassment of her team lead. Then the cashier was centered out again, but being told loudly to take her hands off herhip. The disrespect from that"team leader" is discusting, rude! Respect comes from within, that poor cashier had done nothingwrong, she was polite with a smile through it all. This team lead should be sent to a training class on how to treat others.Completely shocked she'd be any kinda of management for Tim Hortons. Read more
The staff is very rude, I went to the main queue instead of express beverage just because it was a short queue, and the staff... was very rude to me. This is not the first time they have behaved rudely to me or my friends, they are always rude. Read more
