Always quick, and staff is very kind and friendly. 10/10 tim Hortons.. which is RARE!!
I went there todays oct. 8/2022 around 4 to 4:30m and ask for a grill cheese melded order and girl told me they cant make it and... then in few seconds she ask me anything else couple of time I ask her to give us some minute to think there was no car behindme, then I order 2 everything bagel with herb and garlic and they gave me my order, at window I ask a guy why are you guysrushing me and he told me we have to and there were only 1 car behind me. and that's not it after I open my bagels to eat therewas no spread in the middle at all looks like some one scooped out of it. i paid 5-7 dollars for 2 bagels and did not getsatisfied. i must suggest anyone who is taking their order from this location please check your orders before leaving window.and also they do not give you your purchase receipt as well. really a "BAD EXPERIENCE" Read more
The pinpad for paying has been broken for months there, can't even type my pin in or it says invalid cause the pinpad thinks... I've put more than 4 numbers in lol. Fix your machines! Read more
I just want to mention one person in particular her name was I think Emma or Ava. By far the best customer service experience... at any of the Tim Hortons. I don?t know exactly what was it was it her way of attending customer or THE SMILE or the coffee shemade was amazing. There was something for sure . Anyways I just want to say thank you to her for making that amazing coffeeand making my day and bringing smile. Keep up the good work. Read more
Go every sunday and if its the boys working my tea is done right and they are always fruendly with a hi. If its the girls no... friendly give the look of why are you bothering me and they for sure can not figure out when someone orders a tea with 3 sugar2 milk they actually mean they want a tea with 3 sugar 2 milk. This location seems to be very overwhelmed at all times. I go to this location almost everyday as it is beside my work. I have... been going there for 7 years now, it wasn't until just the other day that the one girl remembered my order (I get the same thingalmost every morning) She was super pleasant and smiley. I think her name was Selena. My review would be a 5 plus star for this.Unfortunately though, they seem to have trouble keeping staff, and their "new hires" do not seem to be confident, friendly, oreven care at all. My order gets screwed up at least 3 times a week, and I have to leave work to go back over and get my orderfixed. Unless it's Selena ( I think that's her name) working. My orders are never complicated, I drink tea...get coffee? Iunderstand that people do not want to work these days and it's so hard to find good help. I feel bad for the employees overthere that have to pick up all the slack from the many others that work there. Read more
Staff is amazing, but they can't change the quality of food head office provides them. The corporation needs to step it up!!... This store itself is 5 stars amazing staff! EDIT* The manager called me on her time off, after her shift. To say she went aboveand beyond is a understatement. The product in the picture does NOT represent their quality.
