Rudeness of the server (identified as Lindsey) was unprecedented. When the poor kid who worked at the counter tried to say... something, she literally told him to shut up. Never had to deal with such racism before anywhere in Canada. The didn't havepotato wedges (that info only surfaced after ordering). When I asked to replace it with a hash brown (lesser value than wedges),she demanded more money! I would avoid this place at any cost. Read more

Horrible manager. I ordered a bowl with ext ta chicken paid $3 for the extra scoop. I told the guy it doesn?t look like extra... chicken, he says it?s probably extra just 2 scoops. Definitely was only one. told the Rude manager but she said it was extrahowever it was all word of mouth. Left my my plate on their stand without finishing it because they were clumsy, inept and rude. Read more

Had a great experience with employee Jade today! She was very welcoming and friendly when we arrived at the window, and helped... me sort out some issues I as having with the app to be to redeem an offer I had. She also took the time to see how our day wasgoing and make sure our order was 100% correct. We were just visiting town and weren?t familiar with the area, so she even gaveus some directions. It was truly a great experience and anytime we?re in the area in the future we will be visiting thislocation for sure. Read more

Store front closed more then open.... Did not answer phone calls to the store. Service is by far the worst in the city of... Peterborough... Perhaps they should shutdown there drive threw and only provide store front service when short staffed soeveryone has equal opportunity to be served and not just vehicle owners. Read more

The fact that they close their doors for walk in customers after 11 in the morning says lot about their crumbling business. Who... wants to work ? They treat their workers like chattle servants. No thank you. My order taker said "we don't get paid enough forthis". Then just sell the place and give it to someone who actually knows how to run a business. As for customer service,people who've been there for over a year still can't get my order right. Know nothing about ethics and culture. Absolutegarbage. Wish I could give negative points. Read more

Ok Tims location. Though staffing issues is definitely concerning. All the garbage bins were stuffed right full on my last visit... for example. Also, here it seems to have fewer pastry options, and they often are out of some of the very basic of menus items,such as artisan buns and hash browns. Parking can be a bit of a nightmare as the drive thru line can get backed up to therostaff is on shift is usually pretty quick. Read more

Id give 0 stars if I could. Store front closed more than open. I've been here for 2 days and sign stating "Sorry storefront... closed due to staffing issues." Every time I visit Peterborough, never fails, that store is always closed at least once a week.Try hiring mature, responsible, adults. So then 2hrs later I walk pass the store and they got the drive thru closed. Why don'tyou just get rid of the incompetence start over or close it right down. Absolutely ridiculous. Update from last review: sincelast review I have been back for a month and finally nice to see staff and storefront has not been closed, which is nicer. Read more
