The food was fine. But the employees/manager were ? a lot. My kids? favorite quote overheard (probably even by folks in the... parking lot) was, ?If you don?t start clearing your tickets, I?m going to staple them to your forehead.? Basically, everyoneshouted at everyone. Where are the fries? Why do we have to wear a uniform? And one of the employees catcalled me as I stoodwith my kids and MIL. Then again a second time in the parking lot as we got in the car. Ick. I cannot tell you why. I?m twicetheir age and looking like someone who was on a road trip. Dinner time and they were very under staff. It took about 25 to 30 minutes just to order from drive thru. Shame that it's off... the freeway and service was so poor. Food was good and service needs improvement Read more
I arrived at 8:30pm to dine in, and tried to open the door. It was locked. A young man leaned over the counter and says "Drive... thru." I asked "Why?" and shrugged my shoulders. Again, he just says "Drive thru," and points over his head towards the drivethru like I don't know where it's at. Again, I asked "Why though?" and instead of addressing me as to why I couldn't dine in, hejust moved away out of my view. After coming on here to report this, and seeing the multitude of bad reviews, it turns out thatI don't even want to use the drive-thru either. Oh, and a family of 5 just pulled up to go inside, but of course I explainedthat this BK is not the place they wanna go to for service or food. What a disgrace to the Burger King name. Read more
Customers were waiting 30 minutes or more for their food, and it was very dirty.
Food was cold! Not even room temp and taste like it?s been sitting for hours. I Ordered nuggets and a burger meal. Otherwise... service was quick and cashier was nice. Probably won?t be back. Read more
Drive thru gentlemen was absolutely rude! On his phone the whole time and not worried about getting food out in a timely manor.... Soda all down the sides of the cups, forgot to give me my change and due to him being on the phone. So I went inside to ask forcooperates number and the women with pink hair told me that she's the manager and there is no cooperate number and no bossesnumber. So apparently no one is running that place. Manager was very rude and didn't seemed concerned with the boy being on hisphone while working. NONE of them were wearing gloves while loading the bags.
