They had the most nastiest food I've ever had I went in to complain about the food and they have roaches I would not eat here

I've been up here 7 timed every time I went up here they forgot an entire sandwich or had some drumsticks missing I've even... gotten under cooked biscuits it was just dough at that point I was there my most recent trip when they forgot my boneless wingswaited they brought me a bag opolziged looked in the bag there was frys brought it up they took like 10 minutes brought me aextra fry with no context and said it was coming 5 minutes later I got my chicken but they had forgotten the honeymusterd I'dordered with it before I was so confused and after my 12 hour shift and 30 minutes in the parking lot I was done with ithorrible experience Read more
I live in this area and I have eaten here lots. It used to be a good restaurant but it has gone way down hill. We ordered our... food and they didn't have half of what we wanted. I understand because of food shortages but the food we got was awful. Chickensandwiches were hard and tasted like they had been cooked for a while. The only thing good w that was the bun. We also go achicken bowl and there was hardly anything in it. Not worth the $8. I will not go back here again. I was giving them anotherchance but it hasn't gotten any better. If you do go here and get drive-thru or takeout make sure you check your order. Theyfrequently don't put all your order in the bag. Read more
I have never been a fan of KFC but daughter LOVES it and wants it almost weekly. I have been coming to this KFC for about 7... years and the food and service just keeps going down! As the PERFECT example I just came through the drive-thru as she wantedfour original drumsticks (legs). This is what they gave me. She said that it didn't look like original I went back in and theyREFUSED to change it out. Mind you, this is the KFC that she first ever ate KFC from and where she normally gets her KFC. She isa legs in original recipe girl, as in all she ever orders is Legs in Original Recipe, Wedges (until they were discontinued) anda medium Sweet Tea; on average twice a month for almost 7 years. So when she tells me that it doesn't look or taste right I takeher word! As for service... last spring the cashier/order taker let me know that it was cheaper to buy a combo and customize itto only have legs. A few months later a supervisor told me I was no longer allowed to customize the combo and that if I wantedonly legs that I would have to pay for them individually. Don't get me wrong I love KFC. This review is based on a test product they are currently selling in a limited market, the... chicken donut Burger. I would call it more of a chicken donut sandwich. So when I heard about this I had to find it - the hypeonline had me excited to try it, I really wanted to love it. A lot of people refer to it as the luther, because this issupposedly Luther Vandross favorite way to eat his chicken and doughnuts. The donut was boring, I expected it to be somewhatlike Krispy Kreme. It was bland and flavorless. It was soaked in glaze which was ok but a sweeter bread would have been better.The chicken tender inside was delicious though, like all KFC chicken. I took the sandwich out of the Box and set it on thetable, there is even glaze on the bottom of the parchment paper and I left a huge mess. I got glaze all over my hands, phonecase, table, shirt, pretty much everywhere. This was not fun to eat.I get the vision which is awesome but I think the executionand delivery was all wrong. My search will continue for the perfect donut Burger.I know a lot of people in previous reviewssaid service was slow here at this location. Although my meal was out in less than 5 minutes others were waiting over 20 minutesbecause of mis management. People were just kind of moving around not doing anything while 2 employees were busting their humps.I still love KFC, no matter where you go the service is always "meh", I'm sure the Coloniel is not happy about it god rest hissoul.
