I love going up the drive thru and a professional employee is waiting to help me with my order. This was my experience at this... KFC. The chicken was hot and crunchy; biscuit was fresh out of the oven; and the green beans has some spice in them. Thepackaging looked clean, and everything was delicious. How is someone suppose to eat a famous bowl with no gravy. The gravy is what makes the whole meal good. Plus the service was... slow. I sat in the drive thru for over 20 min with only one car infront of me. They have now hiring managers sign out front.They really need it. Maybe one that will make sure they fix the orders right.
