They were taken to long to bring the pizza out. i had to wait bout 2 our just to get my pizza.
Went thru the drive thru to get 2 Supreme pizzas and crazy bread. Had a long wait to get to the speaker to order. When I get to... the pay window in told to pull up to wait because they had to make the pizzas. I waited 30 minutes for the pizzas. When I gothome the pizzas were cold. The crust was hard and the toppings didn't start until 3 full inches from the edge of the crust. Thepizzas also were not cut all the way thru so i had to recut them.The crazy bread was hot and tasted good. I wouldn't go backhere again. I just wasnt happy with the wait time or the quality of the pizza. Read more
Little Caesars made an excellent comeback during COVID. I now enjoy their thin crust pizza and The Extra Most Best Pizza. Staff... is friendly again like back in the day when you got pizza pizza in one big box. Good job recreating yourself Little Caesars! Read more
Always freshly made pizza and delicious. The staff there are always super friendly and just go out of their way for great... service. Even just to put a smile on your face or give you a good laugh. Highly recommend this location. Read more
Very poor service the workers were standing outside just hanging out I waited at the window for 5 mins and drove around to ask... were they open a red hair Caucasian female stated she only has pepperoni pizza and that?s all I wanted. I asked was there areason no one was at the window and just standing outside she mumbled and mentioned she is a General Manager and the other atraining Assistant Manager who was hugged up on a gentleman when I asked for a number above her.. The owner should be ashamedhaving ppl represent their business as such she could not give me a number over top of her she stated the person is with hiskids and she is not calling him.. When I got there they did not have the toppings to go on my pizza instead of calling me before I came to pick up the pizza then... I waited for 15 minutes for them to bring me my pizza because they haven't even made it yet and when I go into the store theygave me a pizza out of the warmer box and it wasn't even the pizza that I ordered it did not have the pepperoni and cheesestuffed crust on it I am very disappointed with this particular establishment they need help and possibly New Management becauseit does not make any sense that this is the second time I have gone there and they have messed up my pizza Read more
I?m not sure what has happened to this place. Either corporate has changed the crust recipe or they?re doing something wrong.... It?s been a dependable, quickie pizza for years and my last 2 orders have been awful! Completely flat, limp, and tastelesscrust. Read more
I came through the drive-thru this evening ordered 2 pizzas cheese and beef. I ended up waiting on them which was totally fine.... Get my pizzas get home eat then my notifications go off on my phone. It?s my capital one card just that quick an employee therehad taken down my card number and used my card for a $17 ride from Lyft, then ordered doordash of $176 to there home from BoilBay. I called to speak to management but of course no answer cause they don?t answer the phone to much in evenings. Needless tosay, I will not be going back there anymore this was it for me. The person that did this left a paper trail so I will be takenlegal action. Lyft happily sent me over the driver and the person info that ordered the ride. An, management from Boil Bay willbe getting back with tomorrow to confirm the info from that purchase as well! This is unbelievable, sad, and veryunprofessional!
