This is more about the gentleman that checked me out. First, upon entering no one greeted me, except the gentlemen looked up... with a digusted look and looked back down. Than He was rude when I came on saying "we don't take 100s" and point to a tiny whitesign on the white counter. It was so close to the edge for one. 2) it was my first time visiting this llocation. 3)He could ofused a more polite tune instead of snoppy. I've been to other locations in the area, that took one hundred dollar bills. 4) hedidn't even thank me for my business or say anything when I said "thank you". I WON'T COME BACK TO THIS LOCATION!! The pizzaitself was okay, very plain tasting. I've had better tasting pizza from here when they first opened and a friend had itdelivered to their house. Same kind of pizza too!! Read more
One star only because I HAVE to leave one. Worst customer service in the area that I?ve ran into. And by far the longest wait.... And not one person communicates. One person working all the orders. No one tries to help him. The woman at the register shouldnever be at a register dealing with guests. This is my second time trying this location since moving to the area. Thought thefirst day was an off day. No, this whole place needs a different front of house staff. And maybe a manager on duty would bebeneficial as well. I managed food service from 2014-2020. This is unacceptable short staffed or not. Will definitely not bereturning and I just can?t understand why anyone else would. Read more

This Pizza Hut called us last night after we placed our online order to let us know they were closing and they would cancel our... order. This has happened on multiple occasions where it is cancelled after it was already placed. Not only did we have to figureout another option for dinner after we had already planned it but we have also lost our points multiple times over this. Iunderstand the shortage in staffing but if that is the case then they should change their hours. This location has constantlydisappointed and I will do everything in my power not to go back or to any Pizza Hut for that matter. I am beyond disgusted Read more

I ordered a thick crust, extra cheese pizza. It was supposed to be ready in "19 minutes. " over an hour and twenty minutes... later this incredible piece of burnt shoe leather is what we got. I had to throw it away. We have gotten his pizzas here beforebut this..... there is no excuse. Read more
