The crew here are amazing. Kind friendly helpful harworking and willing to go the extra mile to make sure the pizza is just what... was needed. I would almost say that they are a blessing at this Pizza Hut. I am greatful to the nightshift crew who go above andbeyond the call of duty to help their customers more than words can say. If you are looking for the OLD PIZZA HUT EXPERIENCE,you know the way it USED to be back in the day when Pizza Hut was the BEST PIZZA PLACE IN THE WORLD you can find it hereespecially with the night crew. I normally don't go to Pizza Hut because I personally like other restaurants for pizza but I decided to go in and it wasn't a... bad experience. Affordable, I ordered a large pizza with three toppings and it came to just a little over $15 with a coupon. Therestaurant itself is not seeing sit down customers, only pick up and delivery. I ordered delivery at 4:57pm on February 21, 2022. At the time of ordering delivery was still open and an option; at 7pm I... finally called after it am had been an hour and half of waiting past the delivery time I was told, they told me they stoppeddelivery a while ago. They hadn?t contacted me to tell me it wouldn?t be delivered. I had to ask for a refund that wasn?toffered. If an order for delivery is placed and accepted you would think they would honor that order or at the very leastcontact you if they can?t deliver the food. Read more
I will not be ordering from that Pizza Hut again. My food was cold placed my order at 6:21pm received it at 7:45pm. My food... should have been hot and fresh my grandson cheese bread sticks were cold and old. I see why they have a 2.4. They lost onecustomer again guess I will go back to Dominos. Read more
It's the only pizza hut that I've gone to in a long time, they have good food but the service is slow. it took an hour to get my... dinner box Saturday night, I ordered it from the app and it said 25 - 30 minutes which was ok, but having to wait another 30minutes, that was a bit much and they lady at the counter acted as if nothing was wrong. She was nice but no reason for thepizza to take that long. I probably will go back bc it's so close to my house, I'll just know to be ready to wait twice as longas the app says. Read more
I placed an order online and the manager who refused to advise her name told me that someone from my number using my name said... that it was a bogus charge so they cancelled my order. I think they didn?t have a delivery driver so they made up so foolishstory. Don?t waste your time. Let them go out of business. Read more
