Door was locked, 4 customers inside eating. Waited through 6 cars in the drive thru just for you to tell me you were out of... everything I came there for? wasted 20 mins there and a 30 min drive. Do better. Read more
Staff was nice but they forgot the spicy ranch on my cheesy gordita crunch and forgot to give us one of the burritos we ordered.... Plus the soft taco on the cheesy gordita crunch was stale. Taco Bell service and food definitely does not match its price. Read more
Didn't take too long for me to receive a customer's Doordash order but they were extremely disorganized and had poor... communication skills amongst themselves. It was like no one had any idea what was even going on. Do not recommend. Read more
Stood at a register for 6 minutes. Everybody just looked at me and my order was never taken. Everybody was just goofing off.... Just stood in awkward silence cause I didn?t want to be a jerk and ask anyone take my order. I just left, don?t waste your timelike I did. Go to the one in Colonial Heights. Read more
The staff is friendly, helpful, and accommodating; however, this location has recently been suffering from some kitchen issues.... Crispy tacos and crunch wraps have been soggy and slightly stale, they have run out of beef and other ingredients, the freezemachine wasn't operating on our last visit. I can't blame the staff working the kitchen but management should really assessordering quantities and equipment maintenance. Read more
Kinda mixed on this Taco Bell. Sometimes the drive through rolls through, other times you're there forever. Sometimes the staff... is friendly, other times they act as if they're bothered to be working. Always check your food before you pull off because halfthe time you're missing something and the door is usual closed to the inside meaning you'll have to go back around the drivethrough. Read more
They said it was a inconvenient for them to make more meat when I ordered 2 12 pack tacos. Also I asked for 4 chicken tacos all... soft and never received them plus the tacos that they did give me were in adequate for consumption no lettuce litte meat andcheese.
