Ordered tea and a bagel from here in the evening around 7PM. The staff works really really slow. They are like sleepwalking. It... took them 10 minutes to give me a Bagel and funny thing is that it was burnt and they scraped it and gave it to me. Lol Read more

9AM I ordered two breakfast sandwiches (one without cheese) and two hot drinks with almond milk. These were the best Tim Hortons... breakfast sandwiches I've had. Period. No mistakes. The staff had a great attitude, were very attentive and polite. Just afantastic experience for a Tim Hortons. Thank you for making our road trip that much more special! Read more

There has been too many times when they have run out of doughnuts bread rolls etc so that items are not available on the menu

6am I roll up. Order a iced French vanilla latte. Get to the window, pay and get handed a hot drink ( I?m assuming it?s a hot... French vanilla ) I advised the counter help that I ordered an iced French vanilla Latte She rolls her eyes and heads back tomake my ordered drink while talking on her headset. A lady wearing no uniform other than a hat, with a blue flamed hoodie comesto the window with my drink and says ?YOU DIDN?T ORDER A ICED, and I have to charge you more.? I said I did order an icedvanilla latte? She slammed the window in my face aggressively enough to have them re open while saying. You get nothing, i knowwhat you ordered and it was a hot latte. She then goes and tells the other workers of her heroism as I knock on the windowbecause I did already pay for my drink. . . That I have yet to receive 0-100 way to quickly. Who ever owns this location.. Youneed better staff. Also if your staff doesn?t wear the respected uniform chances are they don?t respect your business or thecustomers attending your business. Always seem to have a full staff but from my experience in FS industry, there seems to be a lack of leadership on the floor.... They?re all working hard (especially with the times as they are!) but there always some sort of confusion as to who is gettingwhat order for which guest, who is doing mobile orders, sometimes the only cashier is pulled away to do a mobile order andthere?s no one to back them up and rarely do I see a supervisor. And the last time I was there, someone sneezed on bagel (whichwas wrapped but still) then tried to hand it to me. Super friendly and hard working staff, but they could use some support fromupper management, big time. Read more
