It’s an amazing environment probably the best one in town because it also now has pizza and wings! Beer wings and pizza you... really can’t beat. Let alone child friendly and I myself have brought my children multiple times. Read more

I will start off that this location is smaller then the old one, but it honestly has its perks. I feel like I am at an actual... sports bar. Service is very welcoming, servers are amazing, honestly think it’s home of one of the best Bartenders in NorthernMichigan. Watching the bartender while I enjoy dinner & seeing how interactive she is, quick & productive. Would recommend forany sports related victories. They truly make it prideful. Read more

We are not ones to complain at restaurants. I don’t like leaving bad reviews unless absolutely necessary. My group walked in... and we were hardly greeted. It was not abnormally busy from the looks of it. It wasn’t until the entire lobby was full thatsomeone seated us. We waited an hour for our food and it was so messed up that even the waiter was hesitant to give it to us andadmitted that it looked wrong when we brought it up. The $15 salad I ordered was nothing but lettuce, a few tomatoes, and anegg. One order of wings was sprinkled with little dry seasoning and no sauce that we ordered. When asked for extra sauce we weregiven another cup of the dry seasoning. Our waiter was trying his best, but walked away and we did not see him for a while. Iwent up to the front to ask the host for help because our situation was so bad. We were strongly considering just putting cashon the table for the beers and leaving because the manager was not coming out. All we wanted was to just pay for our drinks andleave but they kept bringing out replacement meals that we didn’t want, and were just as bad as the first meals. I wish Iwould have taken pictures because these salads were so abysmal. Finally, the manager came out and apologized, and we were notcharged for the food. I am grateful for this but I cannot help but think of all the previous reviews where the situations werenot resolved. I feel for the employees of this location, I’m sure this is absolutely exhausting to work in and I bet they arereally short on staff. We were not upset with our waiter and still gave him a reasonable tip. I have never seen such poorservice in a restaurant. Read more

Ate lunch here yesterday and had a very horrible experience. I ordered a lunch traditional wings mango hab, and Caribbean jerk.... When I got my food I was brought a burger. The server Caleb came up and said thats not what you ordered? I repeated my order andhe claimed oh yeah thats what you had. Waited almost 15 minutes for the correct meal to come out. On top of that my beer satempty because the waiter wouldn't touch our table. Never saw a manager and our bill wasn't adjusted or anything to account forthe error. Very reflective of bad management and service standards. Read more

I hate posting negative reviews, but... dear manager you can do better. There were exactly 17 customers on a Tuesday night. I... seated myself in the bar area and had to wait 5 minutes for someone to take my drink order. She didn't bring a menu. I had toask for that when she brought my drink. Then I had to wait for the menu. After I had the menu, I had to wait for her to comeback to take my order. By the time I ordered I had been there 15 minutes. If it were busy, I could understand. My foodarrived via another staff member. I had no napkin or utensils. I had to stop another to get those. My original server nevercame back to check on me and I had to flag her down for the bill. She came back after another five minutes and asked if I wasready for the bill. My plate was empty, stacked, and placed away from me. Yes, I wanted the bill. It took an exceptionallylong time for her to come back with the bill and then bring me change. In the meantime, I used the bathroom ... no soap and notowels in the dispensers. There was a roll of towels sitting on the wet counter. Customers pay for food AND experience. Idon't blame the server. This is a manager issue. Train your staff and then monitor and provide feedback. I'm usually a very patient person and I understand the staffing shortages but our experience with this restaurant was horrible.... We were seated quickly and the waitress took our drink order. She came back with our drinks and took our order, again very quickservice. We ordered 3 appetizers and 2 main dishes. The restaurant was busy but not overwhelmingly, they still had plenty oftables open and more people were coming in. We patiently waited and waited as not once, not twice, but 3 times they tried togive us another tables order. After an hour and 10 minutes go by and I see table after table being served food ( people who camein after us) I spoke with another waitress and told her what was going on, and I would just like to pay for my drinks so wecould leave. She took my debit card and was gone with it for another 10 minutes, then our waitress finally comes back andsupposedly there was a computer glitch with our order and she said they won't charge us for the pops. She said she asked themanager to come out and help resolve/explain the issue but they declined. My issue here is our waitress walked passed us severaltimes in that hour, you think she would question why we didn't have food yet but all the tables around us did, and second themanager not wanting to talk to customers is just rude. My sister and I went for a lunch for her birthday today. We were seated by a staff member who looked absolutely exhausted, and... over having to seat people. Our server was nice and got us drinks and our sides, but they never came back to take our lunchorders. We tried to give the benefit of the doubt, but ended up leaving after several guests, who were seated after us, havingthe undivided attention of our server. We paid (more than what we actually owed) for our appetizers and drinks by leaving moneyon the table, since our server was nowhere to be found. Just really sad because I used to love going to BWWs.
