Had got food there. Ordered it 4 hours ahead of time. Picked it up and you could tell the pizza was someone else's screw up.... Ordered 4 items but got an old one that sat around for a while. Toppings were wrong and it was stale and cold. Sorry but won'tget pizza from the Petoskey location again. Read more
I waited a couple of days before posting this, hoping they would make things right, but unfortunately they haven't. I placed an... order for delivery at 6:59 pm on Saturday night. The confirmation email stated an estimated delivery time of 8:11 pm. An hour &12 minutes - no big deal - I know the restaurant industry is struggling at the moment. I waited patiently until about 8:30 pm,when my pizza still had not arrived. Calling the store, I was told "oh, um, it looks like it's just going in the oven and willbe on it's way to you shortly!" I'm sorry, what? 1.5 hours later and it hadn't even been started yet? Ok..... I continuedwaiting until about 9:15, a solid 2 hours and 15 minutes since placing the order, before calling back a second time to check onit. "Oh, yep, it's just finishing up now and should be on the road to you soon" I was told. At that point, I asked them politelyto remove the tip I had pre-paid from the order, and suggested some sort of additional discount to make up for the insane delayin my order. I was told there was nothing they could do about any sort of discount.... My pizza eventually arrived after 9:30 pm- more than 2.5 hours after placing the order. I normally love Jet's Pizza, but it's obvious that someone made a mistake.Instead of taking accountability for that mistake and making things right, Jet's chose to ignore the issue and act like a 2.5hour delivery time is acceptable. Staff is friendly and helpful. The storefront was clean. We asked to have our cheese on the side, because a relative wasn't able... to eat feta. The gentleman who took our order was kind and courteous. When we came for pick up, four employees turned andgreeted us. There was one employee that was rude. She was giving us our food and became visibly angry when we double checked onthe cheese. She may just have been having a bad day, but it made us feel unwelcomed. I almost switched this to a four star, butwe all can have a bad day and everyone else was fantastic! The food was delicious! Read more
Ordered online to have it delivered. Gave a 20.00 tip because gas is crazy and I was appreciative of the convenience and time... savings. Driver called with an attitude said she could only go as far as Best Western and I had to meet her there, driver wasdriving eractly almost got t- boned pulling into BW. Got home to find pizza was not cut and was falling through box it was soogreasey. Seems like 20.00 would have helped pay for the extra mile she would have had to go to my house. Called to talk to amanager, and the girl just kept saying corporate changed so much and took off medium pizzas and kept blabbering on, ill take mybusiness elsewhere and all the rest of the guests too. Good pizza. Just sad it wasn't cut. : ( Wasn't eating at home so I couldn't cut it myself. Edit: Called and asked. I now know... lite bake means. I finish baking it at home. Please add what lite bake means when you select it to the Jets.com to lessenconfusion. Used to be 3 stars now 5. Read more
Expensive. One pizza for two people always costs us about $40... We dislike the majority of their menu options and have... discarded a few very disappointing purchases but the 8 corner deep dish always tastes great. Read more
