Everything was just as you'd expect from a Jimmy John's. Delicious food, fast service, and better than average friendly staff.... Downside, the owner is going against all cdc guidance, in a county with about 1 covid case daily, requiring VACCINATED people towear a mask. I felt bad for the (awesome) staff having to enforce such madness. Otherwise would definitely be 5 stars. Read more
Ordered online at 1:13pm. Received my delivery at 2:49pm. I am LESS than a half mile away from their store. This is not the... first time it has taken over an HOUR to get a single sandwich. Waiting 1 hour and 36 minutes for a tuna sub is crazy. So muchfor "freaky fast" delivery. Between that, the rude service when inquiring about the status of my sandwich (after waiting 45minutes to call) and the reduced hours, I'm done. Read more
I've ordered from this location for at least 8 years. Only occasional hiccup. However, the past month or so has been horrible.... Placing an order ahead of time does nothing to help them plan. No more speedy service - past 4 or 5 orders were over an hour.And the items requested aren't being met. I understand you are short staffed, but if you are going to be over an hour inresponse to deliveries, take the time to read over the order to make sure the items are correct. Make us happy when the orderfinally gets here. And the female store manager needs a new job - she doesn't understand customer service at all. After waiting 25 minutes for my delivery. I called in and the employee working told me that the driver forgot to get a drink for... a completely diffrent order and it would be five more minutes. At this rate I could have had an entire meal cooked anddelivered. So if you are looking for "SPEEDY FAST DELIVERY" I do not recommend ordering from here. Read more

Done eating here bad customer service consistently and they often dont stick with their hours . Takes alot for me to leave a bad... review especially within the small community here but these guys have proven they simply dont care about their customers so iwont be taking my family or self to eat here any longer . I called before i drove 20 min downtown to make sure they were openuntil 7 as their hours are often inconsistent and they said yes , i get there 20 min later at 6:30 they were closed , i calledand the people inside answered and could care less about what happened .
