The last 3 times I ordered here, I ordered an "extra most bestest" and recieved a regular "hot and ready" I enjoy little... Caesars, however I'm not going to keep getting food here if I'm getting jipped. Please make sure your staff is paying attentionto what they're handing the customers. Read more

Didn't even have a chance to get a Pizza. I understand rushes and being far behind but this was totally ridiculous. 25 min on... any hot and ready and the manager on dutu and the older woman they had at counter have TERRIBLE customer service. Showed up in the drive thru 2 minutes before the auto email saying my order of 2 bread sticks was ready. They told me to pull... into the spot and they?d bring it out. After a half hour of waiting, and receiving another email saying my order is ready, Iwent back in drive thru line and waited another 10 minutes just to get 2 boxes. Ever since I can remember, before they moved to this side of petoskey, I traded the sauce for ranch cause I can't eat the sauce... you dip the breadsticks with. They'd say they hope I enjoy the meal and come again. Today, they wanted to charge me $0.80 forranch even though they keep the sauce that comes for free that I can't eat. Said it's always been that way. I'm feeling prettydown today. It's not the cents that's the issue, I've just never had to deal with this one issue with them before.Veryembarrassed.
