They overcharged on ordered items. Ordered our meal and while eating, I reviewed my receipt and noticed the prices where not... correct. The large menu on the wall and the menu on the counter showed a price $1 less than the price I was charged for agrinder. The manager on duty was less than friendly when I discussed this with her and told me I would have to call the owner onMonday to complain, in the end she refunded me the amount overcharged. How many people though, do not look at the receipt tonotice they have been overcharged. This was not a case of the person at the counter writing down a wrong price, the price isauto generated to the receipt. A poor and deceptive way of doing business. The price on the menu should be the maximum pricecharged for each item. It was just $1 for me, but that dollar times how many items sold to others can be a large amount overtime, very deceptive. Meat on grinder was dry, hardly any onion or dressing. Very disappointed. Chicken on pizza was dry. Usually very good but not... this time. When I questioned about there being any onion on my sandwich I was told there was because I made it myself. Read more
Mancino's of Petoskey is my families favorite. We discovered this gem of a restaurant in 2020 doing a pedal bike tour with my... daughter. Now 2yrs later, I've become a regular all the way from Grand Rapids. My favorite dish is the Italian Supreme pastaand the chessy garlic bread. It's always super flavorful, lots of toppings on the pasta, baked to golden perfection. Mydaughter loves them so much she's hung their menu as a poster in her room. Read more
