I have never had such a terrible experience at a mcdonald?s the employees were completely horrid with the worse attitudes... possible they do not service people here they scream in your face and make you pay for your order twice. I highly recommend thethe manager here to review your employees because they are terrible and i?d be sad to say that I hired anyone of them. To be honest, my McDonald's experiences have been lackluster as of late. However, this McDonald's in Petoskey was a breath of... fresh air. The restaurant was clean, including the bathroom, the service was extremely friendly and very fast. The food wasfresh and hot. There are many of their restaurants that I'm not itching to go back to, but whenever I find myself hungry for aquick bite in Petoskey, this particular store will be at the top of my list. Read more

After ten months estranged to my 2 year old son. We abruptly had our reunion in this store. After explaining my situation to the... manager (matt) I was welcomed by him and his team wholeheartedly. He complimented first with a drink, then a whole happymeal(decked out for 2),and even an ice cream cone. He would not accept my money. I could not be more greatful for hisgratuity.
