I have never had such a terrible experience at a mcdonald?s the employees were completely horrid with the worse attitudes... possible they do not service people here they scream in your face and make you pay for your order twice. I highly recommend thethe manager here to review your employees because they are terrible and i?d be sad to say that I hired anyone of them. To be honest, my McDonald's experiences have been lackluster as of late. However, this McDonald's in Petoskey was a breath of... fresh air. The restaurant was clean, including the bathroom, the service was extremely friendly and very fast. The food wasfresh and hot. There are many of their restaurants that I'm not itching to go back to, but whenever I find myself hungry for aquick bite in Petoskey, this particular store will be at the top of my list. Read more

It was okay. We ordered ALOT through the drive thru, maybe should?ve called ahead but we never really have that much of a... problem. But yeah prices went up, oh well, but the wait on it this time, whoa!!! Still got everything done and the order wasright everything was hot and ready! Good job on that part!! Read more

Had the sweetest crew member wait on me. Came in at 10:30, asking if they still had any breakfast items. She said she would... check. They did. Was so happy. My hubby was in the hospital and needed breakfast. I appreciated her checking. Could havesaid , "Breakfast ended at 10:30" Made a hurting hubby very happy. Lines moved quickly. Store was clean. After ten months estranged to my 2 year old son. We abruptly had our reunion in this store. After explaining my situation to the... manager (matt) I was welcomed by him and his team wholeheartedly. He complimented first with a drink, then a whole happymeal(decked out for 2),and even an ice cream cone. He would not accept my money. I could not be more greatful for hisgratuity. I realize now I chose a golden shirt today. My son dressed the same. We could not have planned it. Unexpectedlyending up at the golden arches. It was truly a golden memory. Read more
