Don't bother asking the manager for cold foam on your drink if it doesn't normally come with it. She refuses to make it and is... very rude any time I come into the store. The other baristas are always really nice and welcoming though and I never have aproblem with them making anything I ask for. Read more
I walked into this satellite Starbucks on my birthday and ordered, not realizing they could not honor my free birthday item at a... satellite location. When I told the young lady I wanted to redeem my birthday reward, she politely informed me that they wereunable to honor it at that location. She then asked if I wanted to cancel my order. But these employees were so nice that I didnot want to cancel. I walked away from here with my order feeling absolutely happy. These employees had a lot of diplomacy andexplained things very nicely. HORRIBLE. SERVICE. the girl at the register (who didn?t have a nametag) Immediately was rude the second I got to the register.... Didn?t say hello or anything, so I started to order and ordered this food item and it was thrown on the counter at me. In theoriginal bag (which having worked for Starbucks I know is not supposed to happen) not to mention it wasn?t even dated. My friendasked if they redeemed stars and the worker snickered and said no very rudely. I got my order eventually and it was made rightby another girl clearly training whom the girl at the register was not very helpful to when she was asking how to make my drink.I wish this girl would?ve had a nametag because she was VERY rude and definitely needs to be retrained. i asked for the taylor swift drink cold without ice and was told it was ?too hard? to make without ice. carol (the worker) then... proceeded to tell me that taylor swift didn?t get her drink like that and i was ordering it wrong for wanting it venti and icedwhen the starbucks across town had no problem making it. not related to this experience she told me my hair looked bad after idyed it. she?s been rude to my friends and i multiple times and i will not go to this starbucks anymore because of her. The staff was quite rude when I went. I asked for a drink I have gotten there multiple times before and the lady at the counter... said, ?we don?t do that here. We don?t make those TikTok drinks.? Woman that made my drink was super rude, and refuses to add cream or foam to any drink that doesn't originally come with it. She... wouldn't make my drink the way I wanted it, and had the nerve to tell me "it's still a Chai tea latte either way" as if it's upto her to tell me what I should, and shouldn't like in my own drink! Don't bother adding a single special request, she'llprobably spit in it because of the massive inconvenience it causes her to actually perform her job properly. She also doesn'twear a name tag, likely because she's fully aware that she is unpleasant, and knows not a soul is walking out of there withsomething good to say. *edit We came here because the other Starbucks was closed, but this time we had Kayla.
