Even though I'm giving it a 4 1/2 stars just because I was finally super excited when Petoskey in Michigan got their 1st... Starbucks .But On August 8th I order a( grande )Carmel macchiato with coconut milk with a chorizo sandwich and a(tall)mocha frappuccino . I took a drink of my Carmel Macchiato with coconut milk and gagged. The coffee was so STRONG andbitter tasting . I couldnt taste the coconut milk which it should be sweet and so is the Carmel ,so I went back through thedrive thru and told them I dont think there was any coconut milk in it .Remind you I'm a huge starbucks fan big time so forme to not wanna drink it you know it had to be super strong .Anyways she remade the drink with no problem but when I got mysecond I got out on that busy road and tasted my drink again .Again STRONG and bitter and no carmel taste and coconut tasteat all , so I thought it was me so I had my granddaughter try it and same reaction the coffee was super strong like whoevermade it dumped a bag of grounds in . Instead of drinking it I threw it away .please If any of the managers are reading thisplease have their workers learn how to make coffee the right way like your other locations do.. Starbucks are all fairly well managed so the differentiators are slight. Customer service and maintenance of the common areas... are two that I look for. This location doesn't stand out in either. It's nice but not exceptional Read more
