Usually, this is a good, solid Subway, but yesterday's experience was less than pleasant. When I arrived at the pickup window in... the drive through, no one was there for several minutes to take payment or even let me know that there had been a delay. When Ifinally did get my sandwich, a lot of the spinach was either borderline or fully rotten. I was very disappointed to see the lackof attention to the ingredients being put in my meal. For almost $10 for a fast food meal, I really expect them not to putrotten spinach in my order. Read more

Subway is one of the few places you can go for a quicker that's still healthy and no matter which store or which employee makes... it. They ALWAYS taste the same everytime. Yay for Subway! Read more

I ordered through the drive thru yesterday which a screen where u have to select things and page through it. Having never used... it it took a few minute (no big deal since there was no one in line behind me)Got to window to pay and i could clearly hear thecashier making fun of me for taking a few minutes to order. Really unimpressed by her and the whole experience. She was rude andunprofessional when she took my payment also. Not surprised the place was empty Read more

I would give a 5 star but the customer service wasn't the best. Soon as we walked in the young lady starting complaining about... how people come In last minute and all she wanted to do was go home. We walked in at 8pm and they close at 9pm. As a person whoworks in the service industry, I know how she feels but I wouldn't say it to a customer coming in to pay for food. That's ourjob to serve people. The other lady was so nice and I felt bad because I did have a big order as well so I ended up leaving a25% percent tip. If it wasn't for the other lady I might have not left that big of a tip. The food was good though and my kidslove some subway so we will continue to go back and get food. Read more

I called to ask if they could toast the steak and the cheese together, for my wrap. Because you cannot select that option on the... kiosk. Mind you I've ordered this exact order at the exact store for the last 4 months. On the phone call they said you couldn'tplace the order on the phone you had to order via the app or online or the kiosk. I explained that if you choose a wrap on thoseordering options that you cannot choose to heat the meat and cheese up not even the meat. She explained that they automaticallyheat the steak up when ordered via the kiosk. She also said you are correct about the cheese though that's a request that youwould have to come in for. So I told her dishearteningly I would see if my boyfriend would go inside. He did and when he gotthere he asked them to toast the meat and cheese only and they told him they are not allowed to do that... I've ordered thissame wrap for 4 months straight at various subways thru town including this one and it seems as though she literally discussedwith her coworker before my bf got there that she wasn't going to do it. After specifically saying to me if he went in torequest it it could be done. Petty management or employees doesn't warrant 18 dollars an hour in my opinion. Read more
