The last online order I made ordered twice. As I was there when I checked in they didn't make the second order, but also told me... that they could not refund me for an almost $21 order that I did not receive. Today I ordered again, I had to wait in line toget the drink I ordered, they gave me no utensils in my bag, and some of my food was completely unwrapped with my receiptstapled to my bag, as I opened my bag the staple could have easily fallen in my food. I'm very disappointed as I love taco bell.While I was waiting to get my food I also saw the cashier who did not have gloves on holding another customers drink cups fromthe inside. Can't even get ahold of anyone here. I got the wrong order completely. I got a kfc/taco bell order when we ordered taco bell and... tried to call but no answer and already in charlevoix.. waste of gas and money to even come here.
