Food is delicious, Service isn't the best, we don't always get what we ask for. Asked for no Ice and they responded "I'll see... what I can do"...we also missed out on a whole taco. We were in a rush to get somewhere so we weren't able to revieve it. I justhope it's not always like this. Read more
The last online order I made ordered twice. As I was there when I checked in they didn't make the second order, but also told me... that they could not refund me for an almost $21 order that I did not receive. Today I ordered again, I had to wait in line toget the drink I ordered, they gave me no utensils in my bag, and some of my food was completely unwrapped with my receiptstapled to my bag, as I opened my bag the staple could have easily fallen in my food. I'm very disappointed as I love taco bell.While I was waiting to get my food I also saw the cashier who did not have gloves on holding another customers drink cups fromthe inside. Food is good but, boy, the drive thru is SLOW! We go here very rarely because often times the line is too long for what you... get. The KFC side does well but the Taco bell side is sloppy. Read more
I love Taco Bell, but it?s unfortunate that I can call my wife from 20 minutes away while she?s in the Taco Bell line, take my... kids to the McDonald?s drive through across the street, get through the line and home, have my kids eating and almost done,before she makes it through the Taco Bell drive through. All the filling stuff has been taken off the menu so where at competingfast food joints you can but an item or two and be full, it takes me 5-8 to feel full at Taco Bell. Bring back double-deckertacos and bigger menu items, charge a bit more, and stop making 20 things per order, and you?ll be able to speed up and makemore $ while satisfying the customer base. A win-win. A few times I?ve had items go awry, last was some cinnamon twists thattasted like burnt oil. Tried to contact them to get it replaced, good luck. Still love the food, just have to be in the mood toinvest the time to order it. Read more
Can't even get ahold of anyone here. I got the wrong order completely. I got a kfc/taco bell order when we ordered taco bell and... tried to call but no answer and already in charlevoix.. waste of gas and money to even come here. Nobody will even answer thephone to replace our make things right. Never again. Read more
