I usually dread going to Wendy's but they were the only ones open when we got into Petoskey late on 8/15. Let me tell you about... the best service I have had in a LONG time from a Wendy's establishment, let alone, a fast food establishment. They were fast,friendly, understanding and the food was fresh. I found out that they had the ice I like to chew so then I was there a lot andthey always had a smile on their face for my weird request for ice. Their breakfast so was GOOD! Everything was hot and fresh.Other Wendy's (and fast food places) should take a note from this location. They were spot on and I appreciate how wonderfulthey were during our long 8 hour trip to Petoskey and our stay for a few days. You have no idea how far just a smile can go butyou truly made my trip! Super friendly staff and fresh food! We stopped last night on our way back to Boyne Mountain from Harbor Springs. I ordered via... Wendy?s App. We had to wait a while (we had a big order, for 5 people), but everyone was super nice. And they even hooked us upwith the ketchup and napkins. Had a horrible experience with the manager Ron and ordering online. Placed an order online and when I went to pick it up was... told ?the order is not on the screen, I?m not making it.? Which I understand might be policy, but the manager was such a jerkabout it. I called to ask who I should contact to get it fixed and Ron had no problem yelling at me and hanging up. I just wantthe food I paid for? Absolutely horrific customer service. Read more

Haven't been to Wendy's in a long time. Never was a fan of it. However, this time I got the bourbon bacon cheeseburger and that... thing was on point! Lots of bacon, juicy burger and those onion strings make the cake. The fries on the other hand were def notfresh. The lobby is open and it's very nice in there with tvs and lots of different options for seating. The wait was very shortand service was pretty good. Read more
Wow! I am not kidding when I say that these folks are awesome. They had our order out in less than 5 minutes and they patiently... answered all my questions. Everyone here is super friendly and the business practices are wonderful. The restaurant was veryclean and nicely decorated for fall. They even have a small electronic fireplace. It only got better once we got our meal. Veryhearty and refreshing taste! I loved my lemonade. We will be coming back. Read more
