This is a new location and is quite nice and clean. Our order took 15 Min. or more and an item was missed. Not a big deal. The... problem is not just at this location, service at all McDonalds has been on steady decline since the addition of Kiosk and mobileordering. It seems that in store, walk in, customers are second class customers. McDonalds, trying to save money, refuses tooproperly staff the frontline workers. Good old fashion service is gone. Read more

Speed of service in the drive through is ok, accuracy of orders is not good. I ordered on the mobile app to get 2 McDoubles... without onion or pickles and recieved 2 McDoubles dressed as Big Mac's. Not quite sure how the wires got crossed on that one, itwas definitely an unexpected surprise. Read more
What a friendly bunch! Today, my order was so fresh it wasn't ready yet...' The pleasant young lady told me at the drive... through window. She kindly directed me to the pickup area and within minutes my fresh food arrived in the hands of anotherfriendly team member. Thank you to those kind young folks for helping me break my fast a little early with that yummy GrandBig Mac and those fresh fries. Yum. I am highly satisfied. Read more
Gone in to get vanilla cones on two separate occasions. Both times it took almost 20 minutes. The second time they claimed they... thought the order was canceled because no one fulfilled it. Slowest McDonald's I've ever gone to. Even the drive-through cantake almost 15 minutes when there is only a few people in line. Horrible service. Read more
Everytime we order something is messed up! Last time i order no cheese on my burger, the tag on the top even said no cheese. And... guess what ?, There was cheese on my burger. And they even forgot to put a whole order of chicken nuggets in that we ordered.Plus we only found this out when we got home. Which isn't a hop skip and jump from there. Read more
Ordered two meals, these are both our med fries we got, not the first time either they seem to be pretty stingy on the food, or... not putting much sauce on the burger. Last time I was there I ordered a caramel sundae the manager handed it to me not even halffull I asked for more ice cream and she came back and said I filled it and put fudge on it .. I guess that was suppose to makeme happy even tho I ordered a caramel sundae I don?t even like fudge so she was pretty upset when I asked for a new caramel one.I understand it?s a new place but seems to happen quite a bit hopefully they get trained better or something. I'm not sure if you just don't train your employees or if the til is too complicated or what, but the orders are never right. A... girl had to reminded 3 times of a very simple order, still forgot, had to be reminded again at the window, still messed up andthen charged me to correct her mess up....and the order was STILL messed up and the one girl was incredibly rude....this happensmore often than not......kinda sad.
