Bring a spoon? if you get a coffee before 8am it won?t be stirred, I?m not trying to be rude but the ?travellers? working the... early morning shifts just won?t stirr a cup. It?s a everyday thing for months where my morning coffee on the way to work isgross, and the one on the way home after 5 is always made right. In store service is slow, but if you mobile order it's ALWAYS made fast, never have to wait for it.
Our order was prepared quickly. Staff were friendly.
Looked like the floors and tables had not been cleaned for quite a while. Looked as if this location was woefully understaffed.
Coffee was hot and good.....pop wasn't very cold....iced cinnamon bun was dry on the outside....smores donut my wife had wasn't... great for the price ! Service was fast and friendly ! Read more
I would rate a 0 if I could. I had the worst customer service. I was having car troubles in drive through and all they did was... yell at me about ruining their drive thru times. Unfortunately it's touch and go regarding quality of what you will receive (I only order coffee ever). My last visit, not just... at the bottom of my cup, but the entire thing was FULL of grinds which made for an unpleasant experience, this was not the firsttime either so it's worth mentioning. I wasn't able to return to get it remedied so obviously feel I threw money in the garbage(again) which is annoying. On the upside, they appear to have gotten rid of some extremely rude male graveyard staff, a newyounger..ish female seems to have replaced some of these shifts; she at least knows what she is doing and serves the correctproduct. ALWAYS top notch customer service is offered by Joanne when on graveyard shift (who appears to still be away thoughafter surgery). Edit: I had to drop this to 1 star finally since the grinds at the bottom has become an almost regularoccurrence and not minimal or being overly picky, I have included a photo of the most recent cup which was tasted within thefirst few sips since there were SO many, after dumping it into another cup I was rather surprised at what I saw and once againthrew money in the garbage being unable to return to get it fixed. More and more disappointed in this location and I now drive25 minutes there and back to the Wyoming location to ensure a decent coffee. Overall I rarely go to Tim's any longer, am savinga decent amount, am not starting off my morning commute frustrated and make a great cup of coffee at home to take with me, worthevery penny after investing in a new coffee maker and things needed...without grinds in my coffee any longer. Worst service went through drive through today. Lady was not even letting you finish your order she was saying is that all even... before he was finished. So order was wrong he had to knock on window to get someone to come back. Well they stood there staringthat we where still sitting there wondering where the rest of are order was. Read more
