Awful. We ordered two pizzas for delivery and were given an estimated time of 70-80 mins for delivery, that?s fine we get it.... What?s not fine is that we ordered at 6:30 and never got our order. Anytime we tried to call the call would die, like they wereintentionally ignoring the call. It?s absolutely ridiculous. We still haven?t heard back about getting a refund. Disgusting. Read more
The new cheese dip w/marinara sauce dish is simply amazing! I could just eat that and be perfectly content! It's really a toss... up, though, between that and the chocolate lava cake... literally sinful!! (???????) Of course all fat free options...lol Read more
Absolute disaster of an experience trying this location. First time I tried to order they stopped taking online past a certain... time so I had to call to place it, and ended up in a call center somewhere in India would be my guess, the guy barely spokeEnglish, took 24min to take my order. The order was wrong and I got charged more than double what I should have been charged. Ithen went back the next day and the manager on duty said since it's the next day they couldn't give a refund or anything andonly were able to do about 19$ worth of store credit. I ordered a pizza at a late date for around 11$, meaning you would think Iwould have 8$ left in my account right? Wrong, they said the store credit was a one time use and I was able to get a one timething up to 19$, so it wouldn't proceed to my next order. All around this place has been nothing but an absolute disaster and Iwould go elsewhere for food. Read more

Awful. Worst customer service. They mess up your order than act like your just wanting free food when you complain. Don?t know... why I went back after getting food poisoning from them. Tried to give them another try today and the website was down so Icalled and was hung up on so I went in and the girl at the counter was rude and said I can?t have any deals because there onlineonly even tho there website was down and I had to make a trip to get food. Said fine I?ll have a medium pizza she said it?s 11 Isaid nvm I?ll just take a small she said 13! I?m sorry what? An extra 2$ for a smaller size? Very convenient location for those in Pevely. Ordering online /through the app makes the ordering experience flawless and quick.... Food is ready very quickly and you can see all that through the app. It's near impossible to get a person on the phone duringbusy evenings, call in the morning or afternoon to address any issues. Well this will probably be last time ordering from this location. Took an hour for my pizza and wings to be delivered cold... tonight. Despite the free item delivery promo I've never gotten one. This location has went down hill Lately it is alwayssomething. While I definitely understand challenging times, the last few orders I've gotten were terrible.
