I have actually never been to the store, but I was at the Arnold one and one of pevely's employees was working that shift. She... was disrespectful to her coworkers and to customers. You can clearly tell she was vaping within the store which I am pretty sureis not allowed. And the only reason I knew she works at the pevely store is because she made a comment to a coworker about "howthings are run properly at Pevely" And given the reviews I've seen I'm very disappointed in the quality of staff that's beinghired. It took me almost 35 min from start to finish to leave because the two people there didn't know what they were doing. The woman... behind me her order was rang up wrong and they couldn't figure out how to correct it then they had a internet order come in andthey messed that up and gave her my order. It took so long because he had to chase her down before she left. They need to trainpeople more or have people who know what to do in cases like that. Read more

The only reason I'm given this a 2 is because the young man who worked in there was polite Otherwise it would be no stars if I... could but after the bread being toasted it was rock hard and the other employee Jennifer who was there was rude from the startangry sarcastic to me and constantly slamming stuff the whole time I was there.
