we ordered four tacos through the drive-through no cheese give them to us we pull into the parking lot and check them and there... is no lettuce on the side ask him to read make him and give us tacos with no cheese the manager remake some walks out and slamsthem on the counter breaking them then I asked them to remake them and explain to me they apologize as to how busy they are theyhad one person in the dining room three cars in the drive-through this is why people don?t deserve $15 an hour So while theyfinally did make that order right everything else we ordered was nice and cold Read more
The woman with a tattoo on her neck! She is beyond rude! Will literally never go there again. Wait an hour in the drive thru... only to deal with someone who hates their job and takes it out on you! I can handle missing food and even a wrong order but willnot ever go there again because of her sour attitude towards children at that!! She should be fired bc she obviously does notcare about her job or at the very least be put in back away from communicating with any customers.. Read more
Not the first time this is happened but they always leave stuff out of our order. Ordered a Mexican pizza meal that came with... two tacos and a bunch of other food for my kids and when we got home 12 minutes later no Mexican pizza in the bag. If I could give this place zero stars I would. Night shift always has some excuse on why they can't serve you, long waits,... tacos always fall apart. They are ALWAYS out of something. Everything was horrible and items were forgotten. My 5 layer burrito was not put together correctly and everything else was so... sloppy. I tried to call to have them redo the stuff and the phone line was disconnected. I tried to go in to have them fix itbecause the drive thru was 15 cars long and if I waited my family's food would have gotten cold but the doors were locked.Pevely and Festus taco bell are truly the worst. I thought I become to hate Taco Bell food, but someone took me to the pevely store about a year ago and it is amazing service... and food everytime. It is like i remember hot and delicious.
