Their employee shortage seems to have reached a new low thought it was under control from the summer but it went back down hill... girls in front literally say nothing to you no hi how are you? how many? nothing literally just lumps on a log you pass over tothe bar seating because the dining is shut off only 1 waiter can?t have any bar drinks because no one can serve alcohol.Something needs to happen here or it?s it looking good for them. The boneless chicken wings are absolutely delicious! We really like the teriyaki as well as the honey barbecue. The fries are... delicious as well. You really need to try this place. And most likely your sports team or sports interest will be playing on oneof the very many large televisions. Great place to eat for a fun family meal. Read more
I went on a Wednesday night, it Wasn?t busy at all and was able to find a seat in the bar area, when I tell you this was the... most rude and inconsiderate encounter I have ever experience!!! I pacifically ask for my appetizer to come out first and toallow time for my food to come out they did the complete opposite and on top of that brought my fiancé?s food out and I had towait an additional 5 to 10 minutes for my food. For us to dine in they kept telling us they were short staffed and to please bepatient but at the same time rush the food out to the table asap!! out of nowhere it went from one person working to three backto one a bunch of teenage kids playing,I asked for boxes to clear the table and she closed out the bill she never asked if wewanted Desserts or drinks she immediately assumed we were leaving when all we were trying to do is clear the table I would notrecommend one out of 10 Read more
The Buffalo Mac appetizer is $11 and very small, do not get if you?re hoping to eat it by yourself as a meal! It?s definitely... not a full size Mac and cheese dish?for $11?you should get a decent amount of noodles, cheese, and wings to top it off. Ordered from here via doordash - my fries were missing from the order which wasn?t the end of the world, checked my sandwich and... it was missing the sauces as well, so it was just chicken and lettuce. Lifted up the chicken in search of the sauces and found adisgusting ?fried pickles? sticker in my sandwich. Never received any response from the store about this issue, just a genericemail from corporate offering me rewards points for the inconvenience. As if I?ll be ordering from here again?! Thank goodnessthe sauce was missing which lead me to finding the sticker before I ended up biting into it!!!! Absolutely disgusting andunacceptable. Read more

There were a few ingredients missing from the salad. When we brought it up to our waitress, she told us they were "out" of... those things. Didn't lower the price even though it made the salad basically a bunch of lettuce. The celery came out supermushy and rotten tasting. Also brought this up to the waitress and she told us they keep it fresh by having it sit in water inthe refrigerator. It wasn't fresh. Rotten food should never get passed the kitchen and certainly shouldn't make it to thecustomer. Very disappointed. The wings were good, though, and they did a good job keeping our beverages filled. Food was got and fresh for our carryout. Lady who took my order rover the phone as extremely helpful. They were having issues... with the register and she took my order still and input it, food was ready without any issues when I got there. Read more
