The sub was good but the employees are not very friendly or welcoming. All of them spoke softly and mumbled so I couldn't hear... any of them when they'd speak with me. They barely acknowledged most of the guests in the store. One of them was also justtossing the subs on the counter for the guest waiting and walked away.. they just need to work on friendliness. I ordered on line for a pick up at 4:31. When I arrived (4:40)the store was empty and 1 worker was sitting at a table playing... on his phone and the other person was just standing there. When I asked for my order it hadn't been started. They made thesandwiches quickly but no apology was offered. Itll be a while before I go back. Read more

I've gone to this location many times, usually about once a week, and had no troubles. HOWEVER, in the past month I've had... nothing but misfortune. Today, the subs have done me too dirty for me not to share to the world. I asked for a 42, parmesanbread, no peppers. What were my eyes greeted to? A sub, on WHITE bread, WITH peppers, AND mushrooms! But that's not all, themayo was only on the outside of the sub! A nice sloppy treat for my grubby gamer fingers. I know this location has been better,and CAN BE better. Not a clean table in the place, very few bags of chips on the rack, out of water cups, place is a mess. People working were nice... but overall environment was not good. I can understand a lunch or dinner rush but I dined in at 3:50 on a Sunday and was theonly person in the place minus the occasional to go order. Bathroom was also in disarray, no hand towels in either one whilestaff sits around on their phones streaming TV shows. Read more
The two employees you have are amazing but they are required to do the of four employees. No one should have to work this hard.... Corporate should find a solution or at the very least give these tired employees a giant Christmas bonus. Read more
