These employees are about the laziest bunch I've ever seen. Sunday afternoon 2pm, NO other customers. Almost all the tables... are dirty. We found one clean one. No tent numbers at the kiosk because they don't want to actually BRING your food to you. Thewastebasket in the women's room is full of used female products and it stinks to high heaven. I wish I had read the reviewsbefore we decided to stop here. Everyone else feels the same way about this place. One star for a really good fishsandwich. Otherwise, this place sucks. Read more

Ordered here 3 different times over the past two months. Food is always old. Fries taste like they?ve been sitting out for 5... hours and they just reheated them. Same thing with other food items. All y?all do is make food and can?t even get that right. Read more

Our food was cooked fresh, where the chicken nuggets and fries were hot and crispy, and salted to perfection. Although they were... short staffed, they managed to complete our order quickly, and we are more than satisfied with our lunch. Sam was very friendly,polite, and efficient. Read more

My food was cold again from this location. Obviously not following there protocols as it continues to happen. Poor customer... service with no apologies or having to wait through the drive through line again because the lobby is closed. Poor management.This used to be a great location but I will not be returning. Read more

I stop here a couple times a week. It used to be fine but the past couple months it's been terrible service. Today I finally... decided to leave a review after sitting in drive thru for 5+ minutes with no communication. I decided to leave only to noticethere were no cars in front of me. The drive thru attendant was sitting at the window, headset on, and back turned. Seemed to beignoring customers on purpose. The other two McDonald's in the area have zero issues like this. Read more

I was really impressed by the speed and efficiency that was taken to ensure communication between the employees and myself. I... opened the door and saw no one, ordered my food and was having trouble with the machine so I waited for 5 minutes to completethe order at the register only to be told "you have to use the digital order because I'm not coming to the register." Absolutelyamazing at how quick they were to tell me that they weren't going to do their job, and they were completely unashamed of it. Read more

Came here to write a review, and found out I had already done a review of this place 3 years ago. It was 1/5 stars then. It... still is. I deleted my old review just so i could write a new one. Nothings changed. Came through the drive through today anddidn't receive half of my meal. And its still the slowest and worst service I've seen in the food industry. My 13 year old son discovered what looks like a fountain nozzle attachment in his drink. He did not see it initially because of... the ice and dark drink color (Dr. Pepper). This in of itself isn't that big of a deal. These things happen. I get it. However,the manager's reaction was inexcusable. My husband simply wanted them to be aware that they probably are missing a part from amachine and to let them know that perhaps their machine and/or the process to clean it may need to be checked. He was notlooking for any sort of compensation. He did not bring it back until the next day because it was discovered after driving awayand because we had our own employee event that evening (we own a business). The manager immediately accused him of placing thepart into the drink and was very argumentative. There were no apologies and no interest in even looking at the part. When heasked her to check the machine to see if it was missing this part, she responded that no, I know it is not missing anythingwithout looking at it. I get that people are sue happy and the business needs to protect its own interests. There's stressbecause of lack of employees. However, blaming the customer as the first response is just blatantly horrific customer serviceand just a bad business practice. Read more
