Was treated very bad. Took over a half an hour to get through the drive thru for an order I placed on the McDonald's app. There... was 1 car ahead of me that finally just drove away because no one was taking orders and then 2 cars after me and 1 of them droveoff cause of how long it was taking. Will not be going back to this McDonald's anytime soon. Read more
How you guys expect to run a successful business like this is beyond me, waiting for 15 or 20 minutes for any response from your... drive up team, watching 2 potential customers drive off in frustration, waiting it out anyway, just to have your most unhappyemployees roll their eyes at my order and argue with me over missing sauce and making me have to prove this by emptying the bagsof my order, is just plain stupid, the food that I ordered was done correctly and was very good but the service and attitudewas terrible, I still LOVE McDs, but its getting harder and harder to bring myself to put up with this on a regular basiswith so many alternatives. Employees here are completely unprofessional, especially the women's with the blonde hair and missing tooth and the young man... with the blonde hair and pony tail. From not answering the speaker for 5 mins to laughing while we were placing our order andthen not even let me finish my order he stopped answering the speaker. Also slammed the window shut all while still laughingwith the blonde hair lady. Very rude and unprofessional at this location!!!!! Read more
Ordered a #5. Horrible service the window guy didn't even greet me and didn't tell me my total l had to ask.My food was cold and... old. If I would of knew they were this horrible I could of saved my $$. The fries looked and tasted like they had sat out allnight. This location doesn't even deserve a star Period!! Read more
Had to repeat myself 3 times and they still got my order wrong. The cashier in the drive thru was sick and not wearing her mask.... The fries were just dumped in the bag. Not a happy customer. Read more
