I love Moe?s. The queso can cure hangovers anf got me through college. It is my absolute favorite place and moving to Wisconsin... where there are only 2 locations was tough. Now I live 1:15 away from this Moe?s and thus have strange orders so on the rareoccasion I?m in the area my food can travel that distance and remain fresh. The manager here, Esther, is amazing and alwaysaccommodating of my needs and strange requests with a smile on her face. I can?t thank you enough Esther, you are a saint! Read more

Placed the order online and confirmed with Manager that they would be able to deliver our corporate meeting lunch order and she... assured me that it would arrive on time. So I placed the order. On Wednesday, the food never showed up! Kept calling between11:30am and 1:10 pm and the message kept saying to try back later because the voice mail has not been set up. She finallyanswered and I asked her where our order was and the delivery person said it was delivered. My order included the correctaddress AND specifically said for the delivery person to call me so that I could go over on how to get to our 3rd floor. Keepin mind that each and every entrance to this building has security cameras AND you can't enter our suite UNLESS you are buzzedin by our receptionist. WHO is located right out of where we were holding the meeting. Manager kept telling me she would callme back each time I called asking where our food was and about a refund. Each time she NEVER called me back and I had to callher. That was at least 15 times. Today I called to ask for the owner and she told me that she would call me back in 15 minutesand again.....she has not called me back. Got 2 steak bowls 1 drink 2 scoops of queso 1 on each bowl and a medium size thing of queso for the chips. The food portion was... very low. And cost me 44 dollars for a quick take out lunch. Young guy making my food was not the most pleasant person to dealwith either. I dont think i will be going back. I am actually upset i even paid for the food for that price. I get that pricesare inflated but I was shocked when i heard a total price of 44 and some change. Read more
