actually i wanna give none star to them because yesterday a staff she charged me for a whole bill but she forgot to give me a... couple things then i called in a manager said i can come to pick up another day when i came here this morning it already soldout then she said she will give me a free meal which i didn?t want to but i don?t want to make a big deal. BUt when i picked upmy meal at the counter. The manager she threw my stuff to me like i was ask a free meal!!! i don?t wanna come back this locationagain anymore and i will tell all my friend also. While I personally haven't had the issue of not hot/fresh food as others have stated in my couple years frequenting this... location. I have had online orders that I've been reached out to because they were out of said items and made sure to make areplacement, or a complimentary item because said item was missing, but the most recent online order unfortunately had a missingitem from a 'Pick-two' online order. I know this location was hit pretty hard during the covid time but please keep up with thequality control! First let me say how much i love getting asked to give a tip to the cash register operator. They really earn it. Next, i... waited 23 minutes for my 15 dollar sandwich. They said they were understaffed and i had some time to read the news so no bigdeal. Finally when my sando did arrive, it was disgusting. Dry, hard bread, and nothing else. This store only gets 1 stars from me today. I went there for lunch today. I ordered my food on their in store kiosk station. It... took them over 30 minutes to get my order ready. Will not go to this location anymore. This is not the first time we have had issues. The manager is rude, at least the one I... spoke with. We ordered two soup bread bowls, soup container was only filled half wway and was cold, they also forgot a breadbowl. Also ordered two turkey bacon bravo sandwiches, those were just thrown together, don?t know where the bacon was, no asideand the bread was very soggy, like it fell in water. Got two cinnamon bagels, they were very hard and they forgot the creamcheese. Called to complain and the manager offered to give me a bread bowl and the missing cream cheese. Didn?t care the restof the meal was awful. This is absolutely disgusting customer service. Panera is not cheap. Read more
We take the family here two or three times a month and the kids love the mac and cheese along with the cheap desserts. The... grownups love all the meals and other than an occasional long line, this is one of our favorite places to eat.
