Rudely hung up on me! I called in the evening of July 9th to order pizza. Upon calling, I got options to speak to someone at... the restaurant or to place an order. I recently learned that the option to place an order sends you to a call center in India. Last time I did this, there was a communication barrier and they messed up my order. When I called, I pressed the option tospeak to someone at the restaurant so I could place my order directly from them. I spoke to the employee who asked why I didn'tpress the option to be sent to the call center. I explained that last time there was a communication barrier and my order wasmessed up. He then stated, "Well you don't have to order from us then." He then hung up on me. Read more
Ordered a cookie and Cajun wings for pickup. Got a call about a half hour after getting home to say my husband broke there... receipt machine and he is banned from the store. We figure its because he didn't leave a tip. No big deal there are otherrestaurants in the area. I figure if this is how they are treating customers they won't be in business for very long anyway.Don't worry we won't be back either way. Read more
We have had good luck here in the past, but today was awful. We ordered 3 large pizzas and 2 breadstick orders. Arrived on time... to carryout. While waiting, the worker said he dropped one of our pizzas and needed to remake. It would be 15 minutes. I saidthat I didn't want the other 2 to just sit there. The "manager" Damien came out and refused to remake the whole order to avoidmy other 2 pizzas getting gross. I asked for a refund for the dropped pizza or discount, and all he did was give me a $5 couponoff a future order but also said I was banned from the store for having a bad attitude. The other employee also swore at us.Wespent over 50 bucks for our pizzas to sit there while they fixed their own mistake. A good manager would have come out andapologized for dropping the pizza and say that that pizza is on them for the inconvenience. But instead they got upset becauseI didn't have a good attitude about having to wait 15 extra minutes while my food sat there. My attitude would have been muchdifferent if they would have apologized and tried to make it right from the beginning. Read more
Was looking forward to having the traditional breadsticks that I remember having decades ago but I was very disappointed.... Instead I was left with a brick of bread with no seasoning. I will no longer order from Pizza hut again. Quality of breadsticksand pizza went way down. Read more
Ordered online for pick up. Ordered a dinner box with a cheese pizza, a 3 topping hand tossed pizza, and wings. When I went to... pick up they wouldn?t accept a $50 for an order that was over $37. Not pleased but if that?s their policy okay but it shouldstate that on their website when you choose to pay at the store. The unfriendly lady working at the register - Saemone was thename on my receipt - was not wearing a mask and didn?t even have one pulled down or anything. The man working had his pulleddown. Masks are state mandated and should especially be worn while making food. My box cheese pizza was mostly crust and verylittle cheese - very disappointing for the kids. The hand tossed pizza while picture perfect, was extremely dry and barely hadany sauce. The plus was the wings...they were tasty but there was not 16 wings in the bowl so we were shorted. Read more
