I have to say I was pleasantly surprised by this place. What it lacks in ambiance, it makes up for in the quality of the food. ... Chips and salsa are excellent. The menu offers a number of authentic and Americanized Mexican dishes. I recommend theEnchiladas Poblanos! While the food was delicious, the service was pretty average. Had steak taco with shrimp. Wow amazing flavor. We came near closing time but they stayed open until we finished eating. Gilma... was beyond nice!! I would definely drive an hour just to have this dish again. Read more
Excellent food, very tasty. Fresh and not too heavy. Little long on the wait, but I'd like to think that meant the food is truly... made to order with care. We went on a Sat night, ~7pm. Went to Taco Amigo for the 1st time tonight. My biggest problem is the fact I've lived 5mins away for almost 2yrs and I didn't... go sooner! What an idiot I am! Everything was great! The staff was super friendly and the food was excellent!!!! My wife saidher Chile Rellenos were "The freshest made and most delicious" she's ever had. Trust me, she's had a lot before tonight. I'm notgoing to lie, I can't wait to go for breakfast. Taco Amigo, you've made some regulars tonight. See you soon! Read more
