Went there for lunch and stood by the counter for 10 minutes waiting to have our order taken. My son pointed out the kiosk... behind us; no employee even greeted us when we arrived or let us know about the kiosk. The same goes for the people that arrivedafter us. One of the employees was not personable; when you spoke to him, he just looked at you, I was standing at the counterbecause one if their sauce containers were disgusting and we needed sauce, he seen me and did not acknowledge me, I had to askanother person you could tell was working hard to stop what they were doing to help. He took the order of some people who camein after us and then took their meal to them while sitting down with them instead of helping those in the back. It's always a long wait, but that is to be expected with shortages as of lately. However, I find the workers at this Taco Bell... are always extremely nice and friendly! Always puts a smile on my face. Read more
Who ever was working on 9/22/22 at 10pm deserves a raise. Quality service and product. Best Taco Bell in greater Milwaukee area.
Want breakfast? The hours are 9am to 11am. Too bad it's more like 9:15am - 10:20am. Get there while you freakin can. Absolutely... stupid, I wanted breakfast back but not like this. Give Pewaukee at least ONE more dang hour for breakfast. Come on people! Read more
I don't even know what to say anymore. Not surprised by anything and it's come to the point where you actually expect the worst... and are super surprised when it's not. Waited FOREVER for our food inside. We should have stayed in the drive through. Walkedin, two people ahead of us already ordered. We waited 5-10 mins while I watch them take continous drive through orders. Ifinally asked if someone was working the register inside and who I took to be the manager looked up and apologized and said theyare understaffed and don't have anyone to take our order. He then directed us to use a kiosk which I didnt know was there. Thenas we were placing our order a woman walked over and started taking the order of someone who walked in after us. The staff wasarguing and criticizing each other loudly, the entire time we were there, including the manager. It took over 20 minutes to getour food. Others waited even longer. One guy asked the cashier if something had tomatoes on it and she rudely stated I don'tknow. When he pressed again she yelled to someone in the back sounding irritated and said something like I don't make the food!The food was OK tasting but poorly put together. Read more
This is the second time in a week they have messed my order up. The first time I ordered a crunch wrap with chicken. I received... a meatless crunch wrap and a chicken taco. Then today I ordered again and they charged me 2.60 for chips and guac that's fine ifI received my chips so essentially I paid 2.60 for a side of guacamole. This is sad honestly.
