After placing an order around 2 weeks ago I received a pie that hardly had any toppings abd filed a complaint in which I... eventually recieved a $30 credit. On this particular evening I ordered a pie using said credit" after waiting over 2 hours andplacing a total of 5 phone calls and Coming up stairs around half a dozen times to see if they had arrived and not receiving anycalls I went outside and to my shock the pie was left outside. Being extremely angry abd in absolute shock I called to complainand was lied to by the driver that she had called. If the staff of this store isn't fired I'll be really shocked. Read more
Very disappointed in their priorities. We live just outside their delivery range, and have worked with other Dominoes... locations to resolve similar situations in the past. Visited this particular store for pickup many times and the last time tookseveral minutes talking with staff, management and drivers. All parties agreed delivering to us would be simple and costeffective for the business. Called tonight to get our first delivery and the manager on duty decided it wasn't worth it. Wewere about to order over $100 in pizzas and the extra 2 minutes were too much. If the answer is no, OK, but don't make anagreement then change your mind. Always have had a good experience with this store. Timely and delicious. Kudos to Patrick for his pizza making skills. Sad to... see this last time it was someone else making our pizza, hopefully they can continue Patrick's legacy of excellence. Read more
Every time we order, especially online, the time is never accurate at this location. Even when it asks me to complete their... personal survey, it won't let me because it says my order is still being cooked and I actually have my order in the backseat ofmy car driving home. When I wait in the store and look at the time until ready I can actually watch it go from 8 minutes to 16minutes in a second, with no reason or explanation. It's very frustrating when you are trying to just quickly pick up yourorder, which is why I get pizza, quick and easy, and you have to wait varying times. Perhaps the managers and staff are goingthrough transitioning, as are a lot of places after the COVID-19 pandemic. I will certainly give it another try because thefood is excellent! Read more
Just recently we?ve had a delivery that was missing a pizza. The rest of our order arrived a good 20 minutes later. Cold. All... that was said to make it right was ?sorry?. We order again recently and had burnt pizza with large air bubbles. And of courseit happened to be on the kids pizza. Read more
We visit this Domino's often because the food is cheap, good, incredibly fast, and consistent. Can't ask for much more than... that! Read more
