I used to not like coming here as much because at times they would forget something on my sandwich or it wouldn't be made as... well as other times etc... Ever since this girl named Karyna started working here my sandwiches have been made exactly like apicture Jimmy Johns would have, literally perfect when she makes them!! We ordered for delivery and it came way faster than I expected. Unfortunately they did forget to bring one drink and cookie.... Fortunately I called and the lady who answered was absolutely amazing and sent a lovely delivery person with the missing itemsas well as a free cookie! I get they're busy so definitely not mad that anything was forgotten but they handled it incrediblywell. Plus the Thai chicken wrap is freaking delicious. Read more
I order way too often from y'all but I can always count on you to take care of me when I've let myself get to the hangry stage.... I hesitate to speak for the entirety of the pickle-liking population BUT I would like to say that I feel pretty certain whenpeople select "extra sliced pickles" for their sandwich that they, like myself, love pickles. I would strongly urge you toreconsider your serving size for the selection just a little bit :) But for real...y'all are great! Read more
Absolutely awful service, stood there for 10min before my presence was acknowledged. I had to ask to order something, then I was... met with stares left and right from the staff. As I waited, I noticed the same thing, customers waiting to order. Trying to giveyou business here, I will never return to this location or anywhere else. Also, the fountain drink station was out of lids andstraws. 3 consecutive customers asked for assistance, each time someone went to the back and brought 1 out. So much wasted timeand labor. Ordered three sandwiches, ended up finding tiny black curly hairs in the sandwich !!! Completely ruined my appetite.. ended up... throwing everything away. It?s horrible when you don?t know exactly where they came from.. I pray to god they weren?t pubichairs?. Glad I caught it, NEVER eating here again. I DO NOT Recommend!!! This place is well lit and space is good. Plenty of seats to be able to talk with friends and family. Jimmy Johns at this... location is kid friendly. The staff was nice and made sure I had everything I wanted in my sandwich. When I usually go thesandwich is made by the time I get to the pick up side of the counter. This particular visit I had to wait about 5 min due to alarge order in front of me. Not bad overall. Read more
This was only my second time going to Jimmy John's to get a sub. My first time I was not impressed and again this second... time...remembered why I was not impressed. I could make a better sub with ingredients from my back yard. I'm a simple sub gal. Ilike great bread, good meat and a few condiments. Didn't like any of it. The bread didn't seem very fresh and was a bit tough tobite through, the meat (turkey) was just kind of meh, and when I asked for regular mustard they said they only have it inpackets. "What kind of mustard do you have," I asked. "Dijon and our Jimmy John's mustard." "What is JJ's mustard like" Iasked. "Well, it's like a spicy Dijon." "Soooooo, you only have Dijon and more dijon in a spicy version is what you'resaying?" "Guess so" Huh, okay...I guess I'll go with the packets. Mediocre at the very least. I learned my lesson.
