This is the absolute worst McDonald's. I will starve in a ditch and drink muddy water before ever going here again. Full of... teenage kids and absolutely no supervision. Went in for lunch today and nobody was available to take my order! Customers were forced to use the kiosk! Sorry but not sorry!!... I am not an employee... I was not trained by Mcdonalds to use the kiosk! Do we get an employee discount for doing their job andtaking my own order? Ill take my money to every other fast food place in town before I have to work to get my lunch.. are wegoing to have to make our own food next? RIDICULOUS!!! Read more
Would have given zero stars if that was an option. Supposed to have opened at 5:00am, but was 5:20am before they even... acknowledged us at the drive-thru. When they finally did ask us for our order they didn't have what was on menu available. Alsoover the speaker you could hear cussing from another employee in background. Unprofessional and poor service. Won't bereturning to this McDonald's. In future will drive 15 minutes further to the McDonald's in Colorado Springs. ???? Read more
Food was good, the workers were polite & efficient. But spending almost half an hour in the drive thru is just painful, so 4... instead of 5 stars. I know they're working short handed, like we all are. Just hoping it gets better! Read more
This McDonald?s is hands down the worst location in Colorado I?ve ever been to. Lobby is closed most of the time, but you can... place an order for ?curbside ? that lets you complete the whole process (including paying) and no one ever comes. So you areforced to wait in line and explain to several different employees that you ordered by app, waited out front, no order arrivedwhile they look at you like you are speaking a foreign language. Furthermore, it is Summertime FIX your ice cream machine!!!It?s down more than operational. As a matter of fact there was an offer on the app for a free McFlurry this week, yet the icecream machine has been down for almost a full week now. Don?t bother calling them either because no one ever picks up. When Iwent through the drive through today, no ice cream so I got fries. After being in that long line they weren?t even fresh! So Icalled. No answer. I tried this 4 times in a 30 minute time frame and then realized it wasn?t worth my time. I was just sofrustrated and I wanted someone to know. Did a walk-in order for carryout, customer service was great, food was horrible! Asked for extra Mac sauce on my Big Mac, not... only was there barely any Mac sauce; the meat patty was luke-warm at best. Not freshly made. Fries were ok but definitely notfresh. All teenagers on shift. Read more
1:30pm Wednesday, November 9, 2022 Very poor customer service! Caucasian young lady working the front counter with the boy cut... dirty blonde hair named Cole, doesn't know how to interact with her customers when they're speaking to her. Clearly, the managerneeds to put her in the back where no one can see her. Sad when you're a paying customer and they treat you like you got yourfood for free.
