The worst manger ever today did not apologize but made excuses why we waited over an hour for order that said delivered. Called... and was put on hold by same manger which said yeah I forgot and laughed. At this point I drove up there and was complaining hewas hot and a lot going on. Then didn?t have the order and had no idea how to refund the card. I did ask for refund and toreplace order since took over an hour, no pizza, put on hold for 35 minutes and thought it was funny for 2 disabled people whoalso both diabetic to not have all night to get a meal that is 2 minutes away. Awful and can?t believe the way I was treatedand even employees was shocked and apologized for this ridiculous man called a manger who was there to lead and paid to mangecomplaint or issues. Worst customer service ever was on hold for 20 minutes and then got hung up on called back put on hold again for another 20... minutes then hung up on again called back and was placed on hold again! Extremely rude customer service by whomever answered thephone needless to say I would not recommend ordering from them on top of that the last time I ordered boneless chicken from themit was smaller than the nuggets from burger King and you can get 10 of those for 1.50!! CAR DELIVERY NEVER DELIVERED. WAITED 45 MINUTES AND WENT IN TO RETRIEVE IT FOR COLD PIZZA AND IT WAS MADE WRONG. CALLED BACK... HELD 30 MINUTES SCREENSHOTTED THE HOLD. AND NO ONE EVER CAME TO THE PHONE AFTER REQUESTING A MANAGER. I STAYED ON HOLD. 30MINUTES. I HAD GUEST AND PAID FOR COLD PIZZA THAT WAS WELL OVER AN HOUR LATE AND WRONG.
