Brisket and BBQ was absolutely amazing! Potato salad, baked beans, and hush puppies were delicious. Online ordering for takeout... was painless. Service was fast and super friendly. Would give 6 stars if I could! Read more

Chopped bbq fantastic, brisket also fantastic but over half of portion is fat unfortunately and it's expensive, slaw is good,... green beans very good, macaroni and cheese needs some work, hush puppies very good but the first time I was there I got like8-10 this time they only gave me 5 (gotta be consistent), potato salad has WAY too much mayo-I had to spit it out. Hell yeah! I have lived in Winston for 10 years and have tried many BBQ places. This is hands down the best BBQ I have eaten. I... am not a fan of the coarse cut, minced BBQ most places sell. I can't believe that's considered BBQ. Pfafftown Kitchen prepares achunky, pulled BBQ that has a perfect smoked flavor. If you don't like their BBQ, then you probably get your steak from GoldenCorral. Green beans were also outstanding. Nice size portions and a value for the money. Oh my Lawd! Hands down the best BBQ in our area and likely the best I've had in NC. I've had BBQ all over the country and this... is my kinda Q. Brisket was moist and tender with the right amount of and smoke. Bark! Oh the bark. I've been missing barkbecause NC hasnt figured that one out yet. The sides were top notch as well.
