Normally I really enjoy Chick-fil-A. But this time the curbside order taker got my order completely wrong. Then because it was... drive-thru. I did not find out until I got back to work that might order was made wrong. I called to let them know and got avoicemail and have not heard anything back and that was several days ago. Over the last two months this drive thru has been less less efficient. It has taken me over 30 minutes to get food in the... morning. And that is behind only 10 vehicles! It?s never been this slow.
