Normally I really enjoy Chick-fil-A. But this time the curbside order taker got my order completely wrong. Then because it was... drive-thru. I did not find out until I got back to work that might order was made wrong. I called to let them know and got avoicemail and have not heard anything back and that was several days ago. I have never had a problem at chick fil a but today I did. I didn't get all of my food. It was late and I did not realize... until I got home. I ordered for carryout and waited 30 minutes for my order. Now the restuarant is closed and I can't get myorder. Read more
Over the last two months this drive thru has been less less efficient. It has taken me over 30 minutes to get food in the... morning. And that is behind only 10 vehicles! It?s never been this slow. I?m giving it one more chance before I refuse to comeback. Please hire some quality people who can actually work. Read more
