This restaurant is always busy! The cellular service is bad inside and there is no WiFi. I went today and they were only doing... online orders only because the lobby was closed. This chipotle is always hit or miss. Read more

The line was long and slow moving but there was only one person making the food. He seemed to be trying his hardest to go fast... though. I got the new garlic steak and was not impressed. However, I have not had the regular steak in a long time. Iordered a salad. He did not.put a lot of lettuce which was disappointing but gave me about 5 oz of steak. I will say that thelong line was not worth the wait I spent about $11 on the meal. If.you want to wait then go. The line tells me.that otherpeople like the place. Read more

My 1st time going to any Chipotle Restaurant. Everything was fine until I paid for my order [with cash]. The cash register drops... the change so that the cashier does not have to count. My change was short. Easy fix was to call a manager but the 2nd person in the assembly line that prepared my food (not the cashier) butted in and proceeded to roll her eyes and smack her lips [itseems that I inconvenienced them by wanted my correct change]. Eventually the manager made it right and was fairly friendly. The1st person in the assembly line (a short petite young lady) was the most pleasant and polite and professional and was the onlyone to SINCERELY apologize for the rude employee. This location was neat and clean but that 2nd assembly line person (I can onlyidentify her by a cultural head covering that she was wearing - no name given) was nasty and has disgusting and uglyattitude. DO NOT DINE IN Food is Chipotle regular quality, so good. But they will always run out of at least one item on the menu.

These four stars are for the amazing customer service of Ellie (the host), Katie and Nicole (on the line). They were all... extremely kind and patient. Moreover, Nicole worked the line alone for several customers, and regardless of annoyed you wereabout the wait, she made you smile with her kindness and shared smile! Unfortunately, I was not a fan of the meat (chicken).And I should have asked for more sauce because it was dry. Thank you ladies for making it all worth while!???? Read more

I normally don?t write reviews but tonight made me frustrated enough where I wanted to write a review and I hope the store... manager sees this. I stopped by after 7pm for takeout (05/29) and saw that it was taking some time at the counter. No matter,then I saw the line behind me grow longer and saw that there was only one employee taking orders and filling them. There wasanother employee fulfilling delivery orders on the side and another employee cooking in the kitchen. There was a cashier wholater went to schmooze in the back of the kitchen with two other employees - one who was slowly filling sauce containers andanother carrying extra containers to the front - also slowly. There was one employee who was dancing in front of the time clockto leave, with what seemed like the others cheering them on. The most utilized employee was the one feverishly filling ordersdiligently, and taking extra time to check on fresher lettuce in the fridge for a customer who saw the lettuce was old in theexisting fridge. I was impressed by this employee but also felt a lot of sympathy for why she was working alone when I normallysee two workers handling the food orders - understaffed like everywhere else. But the biggest concern was why the employeeswere not really offering to jump in - all hands on deck when dinner time rush was clearly filling up the store- check the camerafootage and see the cashier rushing back to the kitchen to talk with the sauce filler employee and schmooze while there arecustomers waiting at the cash register. I later see this employee happily grab their bag and clock out. What a shame - the foodis good and I think that employee working alone should be given a raise. Read more

I really don't know where to begin. I love Chipotle Mexican grill; it is one of my favorite restaurants. I love the experience... and being able to create my own dish. But when I walked into this location it did not feel like any previous Chipotle Mexicangrill experience. My first thing was to go into bathroom to wash my hands. I was a little bit concerned when the soap dispenserdid not work. I went to go get assistance from a worker and their response was "it's broken". Moments later there was a sign onthe door but the restroom was out of order. But the restroom was still open for use. That was a major concern because how areemployees washing their hands? We were directed to just use hand sanitizer. That should have flag a concern for me to leavehowever there is a sink with soap and hand sanitizer behind the staff workstation. I had two options to use the men's room towash my hand or to wash my hands with hot water and hand sanitizer. The ordering process was pretty much the a greatexperience. The person who fixed my bowl was extremely friendly and considerate with my menu selections. The cashier was kindof disapproving when I mentioned that we were dining in instead of taking out as she was begging her food. She unbagged her foodand left it on the countertop. She seemed preoccupied and annoyed. The pictures speaks for itself as far as the environment.There was not a clean table in sight. We had to clean our own tables. When I asked for soap and a rag to clean the table theworker looked at me as if they couldn't understand what I was requesting. They said they didn't have one. I went to therestrooms and got paper towels and hand sanitizer and soap to clean the tables so that we were able to dine in. It wasn'tnecessarily a busy time of the day, but there was a constant flow. Food (Burrito bowl) was delicious and very filling. The service was great, I was in and out in less the 10 minutes. Though, I... really feel like they should implement some kind of small dessert options for sweet tooths who like a little dessert with theirmeals. They created a very happy customer. Read more
