Took family for ice cream line was long. This place needs a face lift...and needs better service...and they are always missing... items... I went I felt like a banana split ..they didn't have ingredients...so I asked for a mint chocolate chip blizzard...theydon't have it .. had to settle for an Oreo blizzard...and then they took forever to give order at drive thru window I paid over45bucks and I just saw my items there on the counter melting, ..and they didn't flip any of our blizzards over...if they didthey probably would have fell out. Well I have never had food poisoning this bad. Both me and my friend got it bad. He ordered a belt buster, I got a triple belt... buster and all three patties were most likely cross contaminated or left to spoil but were still used. I spent almost $20because I wanted to splurge, but instead I was in so much pain from it. That was the only thing I ate that day. So don't gohere. Period. It's unacceptable I have worked fast food before and I wouldn't want that for any of my customers or friends orfamily. Read more
This DQ had exceptional service and speed when we dropped by. The dining room is undergoing renovations, so you have to use the... drive thru. We stopped by for a quick ice cream and it was delicious. Read more
I normally only go online to leave good reviews, but this last visit was particularly bad. We paid $30 on a meal for two only to... have to still cook dinner. Our food was lukewarm when we got it, the fries had absolutely no flavor (we had to add our ownsalt), they were soggy, the gravy was clumpy and cold, and our soda was packed full of ice and tasted of carbonated water witha hint of coke. The entire meal was disgusting. We haven?t had fast food in a month and decided to break our diet with a mealfrom here. The only good thing is that it quickly reminded me why we now choose to cook at home. I did like the blizzard, so ifyou?re going for ice cream then you?re good. Read more
We drove by DQ last night a little after 10:00 and the open sign was lite up so went to the drive through. We waited for several... minutes but no one responded. We drove up to the delivery window and the girl just casually said ?we?re closed? Didn?t seem tobother her that the sign said Open! Read more
The lines are long , but you can see how they have hard workers. I came 2 days in a row for my son to get an ice cream cone and... not only were they sweet with my autistic child but they made sure he loved his ice cream and handled it with care. I've beencoming here since I was little and I will keep coming back. Hard workers. Fast food isn't easy that others make it seem to be.I've worked in fast food. I just want to thank the ladies behind the counter for making my son visit good. He left with a smileon his face. Read more
Horrible service! Extra long wait times that defeats the point of being at a FAST FOOD restaurant. In addition, they get orders... wrong 9 outta 10 times and rarely include a napkin. Read more
