I ordered delivery and it showed up quickly, no issues there. The issue was my order was almost completely wrong. Complete... different pizza from what I ordered and got wings instead of cheesy bread. I called to let them know so I could try to at leastget the cheesy bread refunded but I was on hold for fifteen minutes with no one answering. I ended up driving to the store 10minand was STILL being on hold. I ended up hanging up ans going in. They were very kind and understanding and gave me a fullrefund which I am appreciative of. I ordered one pizza and it took over 3 hours to arrive. The store doesn't answer the phone, so there was no way to cancel. This... isn't the first time I've had ridiculous wait times at this location. They either need more employees or to close down. Read more

This location is THE WORST. When you order, you have no idea when your pizza will be delivered, 45 mins or 3 hrs. On more than... one occasion, the tracker stated my order had been delivered and it was another 15 mins before it was delivered. When I call,sometimes they just let it ring and other times, they just state ?it?s on its way?. Why have a tracker when it is wrong? Another time, when I walked in and picked up the order, I felt like it was a huge imposition for them to 3 2-liter bottles in abag so I could carry it out. Read more

Ordered curbside pizza from this location. Everything is good at this location but only thing they don?t bring the pizza out at... the promised time for car side delivery. When the timer is counting down for their guaranteed delivery in 2 minutes they turnthe timer off and show they have delivered the pizza whereas you are still waiting for them to bring to you This has happenedtwice at this store Otherwise no complaints Read more

Worst store Ever. They do not know their delivery radius and cancels the order after making food. Then asks to order again. And... then won?t deliver until an hour and 15 minutes. It?s cold food. Tried to call in, no answer. Placed and paid for order online for carryout. When I arrived several employees were hanging out... chatting while two members helped the long line of customers place their orders. The phone was ringing and ignored. I got homewith my pizza to find missing toppings. The pizza was still tasty, but the experience was sour. Read more

Horrible location. The headline is "If the store gets the order wrong, the customer will get nothing or pays the store to fix... the problem". Ordered pizza last week. Paid for pizza plus delivery. When pizza came it was cold and without the sauce. Calledthe store, but they seemed reluctant to do another delivery and told me to come pick it up (having charged the delivery feealready). Today I tried re-ordering the pizza I originally paid for, but they wanted me to pay for the delivery again.Obviously, I'm not paying for something the store didn't deliver in the first place. Bad management and bad service. I totallyunderstand the great resignation and labor shortage, but the prices are pretty high too. It's not like I'm asking for a freepizza, I just want the store to honor their own confirmed order. I have just moved to this neighborhood and will not order fromthis location again.
