I've ordered delivery here a couple of times and it never fails that they are always missing something and just always... disappoints. Today, I received the poorest sandwiches. Even if I combined them, it would not have been a normal sandwich. Thedrink was wrong. The sandwich was wrong. Never fails. Our family has decided to never order again from here. But I'm just socurious how a restaurant can consistently be so poor and still be open. I'm not typically a tough critic and, again, I've givenit several tries but my mind is blown how they can disappoint so hard. We threw away our dinner after waiting 30 mins laterthan thee estimated time (delivery driver waited at the store). We now have no food and a big headache. So frustrating. Read more

Cleanest ihop I've ever been too. Staff is amazing and the food came out hot. I'm glad their milkshakes are available.
I ordered the poblano and beef omlet, recommended by the waiter, it was cold, (Not warm or ?room temperature?) flat out cold.... The avocados where not fresh at all with the peel still stuck on some parts. Gave it 3 stars just because the establishment wasnice and clean and service average. Read more
Food was delicious. The waitress was so sweet and brought our food within 15 mins of ordering our food. The place was clean and... so was the bathroom. We went at 2:30 and it was busy but not crowded. Read more
Ordered a BLT and was very disappointed. I should have just made my own here at home. I got home and my sandwich was 2 pieces of... bread and 4 pieces of bacon one tomato and a piece of lettuce. They didn't even cut the sandwich like they normally do but theydid put the toothpicks in. My husband didn't get any butter or syrup for his pancakes. His eggs were cold and they didn't give him his bacon. I will never order from this location again. Read more
You could tell they were under staffed. Our waiter was pleasant and the food was what you would expect from IHOP. Nothing great... but not bad either. Staffing is bad everywhere. But my daughter loved her pancake. Read more
