Got there at 7:50 pm the lobby was closed according to a sign on the door. Was told to go through the drive thru. Get the the... speaker box (7:53 pm) and the guy does the little greeting and asks what can I get you. I ask for 2 hot and ready pizzas andthen was told that they are closed and they close at 8. I asked I thought the lobby closed at 9 and the drive thru closed at 11.He said they were closed. I start to drive off and another customer comes up and knocked on the lobby door and was let in. Thenthe guy starts to order while I'm at the window to the drive thru. It may have had something to do with my skin color becausethe next person to come up to the lobby door was also let in and the person in the drive thru behind me also was ordering. Can'tsay it was racism for sure but I was the only one that was a different color and was refused service and was told they wereclosed. Read more

I placed an order online, which was supposed to be ready in less than 15 minutes according to the site. I made it to the... location in time according to their online estimate. When I get there it was 10:30 pm, but the location was already shut downeven though they close at 11 pm and their site instructed me to walk inside to pick up from the pizza portal. I thought greatI?ll be in and out quick. NOPE. When I finally pull up to the drive thru window; 40 minutes after placing my order, the guy wasnot aware of my order. He said it would be 15 more minutes while they made the last pizza; a pepperoni pizza. He obviously liedto me saying they had my supreme pizza, wings and cheesy bread ready but just had to make the pepperoni. I say he lied becauseit was obvious the ?supreme? pizza which only had pepperoni, mushrooms, and onions was rushed from its appearance. We ordered there new Quattro Pizza. The order was done quickly. Very quickly.we ordered online and we used their portal to pick... it up. But, when we went to eat it, we found at the pizza was burnt and dried out. We usually don't have any issues with qualityat this location. So kind of a shock. With as quick as it was done and as dried out as the pizza was, it almost seems like maybeit was somebody else's Pizza or have been sitting around for a very long time. Also, it was extremely dark inside the building.It wasn't close to closing time at all, so I don't know why the lights would be out unless maybe they were just all burnt out,but it definitely had an off feeling. This is the worst location ive ever been to. Understaffed. Only 2 employees. Poorly managed. No pizzas ready. Stood in line for... 10 minutes the lady told me it would be 30 minutes.
